Welcome to Naomi Lee’s website. By booking a reading, mentorship, or any other service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be paid in full or secured through an approved payment plan before your appointment or mentorship begins.

Payment plans are available for selected services. By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments by the agreed due dates.

Your place in the Spiritual Awakening Mentorship is confirmed once your first payment has been received.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

As each appointment and mentorship space is reserved especially for you, all payments are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule a reading, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. With sufficient notice, I'll happily transfer your booking to another available appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

For the Spiritual Awakening Mentorship, payments are non-refundable once the program has commenced.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan, your first payment secures your place and counts as your first instalment.

Remaining instalments are due according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to complete payments may result in future sessions being paused until the account is brought up to date.

Discovery Calls

Complimentary Discovery Calls are offered to discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether the mentorship is the right fit for both of us.

Booking a Discovery Call does not guarantee acceptance into the mentorship.

Spiritual Awakening Mentorship

This mentorship is designed to provide guidance, education, practical tools, and support throughout your spiritual journey.

Every client's experience is unique, and results will naturally vary.

Your commitment to attending sessions, practising the exercises, and remaining open to learning will contribute to your overall experience.

Voice Note Support

Unlimited voice note support is included throughout the mentorship.

Responses will be provided during normal business hours and as soon as reasonably possible.

Voice note support is intended for mentorship-related guidance and is not an emergency service.

Confidentiality

Everything shared during readings, mentorship sessions, and voice note conversations will remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law or there is a concern for someone's safety.

Intellectual Property

All mentorship materials, exercises, workbooks, PDFs, recordings, and resources remain the intellectual property of Naomi.

These materials are provided for your personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

Disclaimer

My readings and mentorship are offered for spiritual guidance, personal growth, and educational purposes only.

They are not intended to replace professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Any decisions made following a reading or mentorship are your own responsibility.

Respect

A safe, supportive, and respectful environment is important to me.

I reserve the right to end or refuse services if abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour occurs.
